The main responsibilities of the Accounting and Admin Officer is to assist the investments team in performing various duties and special projects related to the execution of an approved loan or investment. This includes generating loan documentation for all types of loans; review and execution of purchase order or invoice financing; processing scheduled payments; update of monitoring reports and following-up on exceptions; and working on daily and monthly reports.

The position is required to have prior knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of servicing loans.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing the credit cases check of borrowers
  • Review and execution of loan deployment based on agreed counterparties and amounts
  • Analyzes and processes incoming draws, reviews documentation for proper approvals and makes loan disbursements to voucher control company or borrower in accordance with contracts
  • Monitoring of scheduled payments and ensuring timely settlements.
  • Monitoring of payment schedules and update of necessary reports
  • Preparing select documents for approved loans
  • Ensure safekeeping of all the documents related to the approved loan i.e. loan application, collateral/securities documents submitted by the borrower in the vault after recording of the particulars in the respective vault register
  • Coordinate with Investment team for loan review as well as any necessary changes to existing investments
  • Other Accounting and Administrative Task for proper execution and collections of all investments/loans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in the field of banking and finance, accounting, economic or other equivalent;
  • Prefers at least 1 year experience in a Financing Company or Bank or an accounting role;
  • Have strong numeric and administrative skill;
  • Willing to work under pressure;
  • Good command of computer literacy and English language
