RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transportation Schedule (assigning, coordination & monitoring)
- Flight canvassing & bookings
- Coordination on staff house availability for employees need
- Monitoring of Phone Bills (checking official/personal usages, coordination w/ account user, monitoring/summary)
- Request for office supplies, pantry supplies, health or PPE
- RFD (request for disbursements)
- Buying of supplies (by delivery from suppliers)
- Receipt of deliveries
- Assist on meetings
- Managing meals of bosses during meetings
- Supervising on cleaning or sanitation of rooms
- Service Admin – Assigning drivers/messenger on document errands
- Work close with HR for assistance
- Attending to queries from time to time (via calls, texts, emails & FB messenger)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Adept in Technology, Organization, Has Time Management, Strategic Planning, Deatil-Oriented, Knows how Anticipate Needs, Resourceful, Can work well with minimum supervison and under Pressure
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Can work asap
- To be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig
