• Purchasing and Sourcing
  • Communicate with the department regarding requests for purchase
  • Source and buy materials, goods, and services on behalf of the employer to be resold or used in daily operations
  • Researching potential vendors
  • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
  • Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products or services
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Ensures and monitors quality execution of all purchasing duties
  • Negotiates for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
  • Issue PO to vendors and perform goods/service receive in ERP

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Familiar with matrix organization
